Practicing Self-Care

Okay, so you've been through a big change recently – one that you didn't ask for, and didn't even do anything to bring upon yourself. And maybe it's kind of a challenge learning to cope with all these differences from what you're familiar with (you might even say you're beside yourself!) But, well, it turns out there's this part of you now, a sort of other-self you never had before; and believe it or not, it needs you just as much as you need it. So when it gets to be too much, or when you just need a little comfort…don't forget that you're no longer in this alone ;)
