Yu-Shiang Whole Fish

True story: I was at a Salvadoran restaurant and saw a dish on the menu that was described as "deep-fried tilapia with salsa." Sweet, I thought, I had something like that in Chile and it was good stuff. Twenty minutes later, they brought it out and I realized that what they meant by "deep-fried tilapia" was "one (1) whole tilapia, deep-fried," eyeballs 'n all, and in their defense this was not a materially inaccurate reading of what they did write.
Suffice to say, Kat shares my basic reaction, but has a bunch of new instincts pulling her brain in another direction… ;)
